Oxford Capital’s The LondonHouse Hotel awarded the HSMAI Illinois Best New Hotel of the Year
The LondonHouse Hotel Chicago has received the award for the best new hotel in 2016 by the Illinois chapter of the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association. Oxford Capital developed the hotel on the southwest corner of Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive in the neoclassical London Guarantee and Accident building, marrying modern amenities and finishes with beaux arts architecture. A modernist all-glass addition expands and modernizes the property, while a stunning three-level rooftop deck offers stunning views up and down the Chicago River and along Michigan Avenue.
