The Formosa will be a new 4-story 65,000 SF ground up apartment building located at 1750 Trumbull, which will also include 53 parking spaces and several amenities including a fitness center, co-working space, resident lounge, and private conference rooms. The building is located in the emerging Corktown neighborhood of Detroit, directly south of the Godfrey Detroit and 2 blocks east of the Phase 1 Perennial Corktown Apartments. The project will likely start construction in Q1 2023 and open in mid 2024.
Red Arrow Lofts

  • As part of Phase 2 of it’s Corktown residential development Oxford, along with it’s local partners, is under development with The Red Arrow Lofts which includes 22 luxury loft style apartment units. The Red Arrow Lofts is a renovation of a historic building located at 1567 Church, which will also include 8 parking spaces and several amenities including coworking space, resident lounge, and private conference rooms. The building is located in the emerging Corktown neighborhood of Detroit, adjacent to Perennial Corktown Apartments and 2 blocks West of the Godfrey Corktown. It is also directly adjacent to the ~265 space parking garage Oxford is building to serve all phases of its Corktown developments. The project will likely start construction in Q1 2023 and open in mid 2024.

Sligh Furniture Building Redevelopment

Grand Rapids, Michigan

Oxford, along with a local partner, are underway with a mixed-use development to renovate a historic ~700,000 SF warehouse building in Grand Rapids into ~350 apartment units, ~275 parking spaces, ~90,000 SF of self storage, and ~12,000 SF of retail. The apartment portion of the development will also feature several amenities including a pool, roof deck, club room, co-working space, fitness center, etc. All in deal size is expected to be around ~140M. The project will likely start construction in Q1 2023 and open in late 2024.

Palo Alto

The Residences at Matadero Creek

Palo Alto, California

The Residences at Matadero Creek is a redevelopment project of Creekside Inn, planned as 382 residential rental units in two buildings, comprised of 44 studios, 243 one-bedroom, 86 two-bedrooms, and 9 three-bedrooms. The current plans are inclusive of 20% affordable units, earning between 80-120% of the area median income. A retail area on El Camino Real would be approximately 4,000 square feet with ground floor and mezzanine areas and an adjacent open outdoor seating patio.

The project would create an additional community benefit in the form of an enhanced path with seating areas open to the public along Matadero Creek, which bisects and runs diagonally across the property. The path would enable pedestrians to travel to or from Matadero Avenue to the rear corner of the property to an open seating area adjacent to the ground floor retail area on El Camino Real.
