Paul serves as a Senior Financial Analyst and lead internal asset manager of Oxford Living, where he works closely with Oxford senior principals including its acquisitions, financing, accounting and treasury teams implementing its strategic business plans. Prior to joining Oxford, Paul was on the Investment Reporting team as a Senior Accountant & Senior Data Quality Associate at Blackstone Portfolio Company, Revantage Corporate Services. While there his responsibilities included preparing and reviewing financial packages for Blackstone’s hospitality platform BRE Hotels, as well as working with the technology team to develop accurate and informative analytics across the hospitality portfolio. Paul began his career at Kimpton Hotel’s, working in multiple capacities within the accounting department at Hotel Monaco and The Gray Hotel.

Paul is a Buffalo, NY native who graduated from DePaul University with a B.S. in Finance and now considers Chicago his hometown.
