I/O Rooftop Lounge is Detroit’s largest open-air rooftop bar, has a retractable glass panel roof for year- round access and offers panoramic views of the city’s skyline. I/O Rooftop Lounge is open daily and has its own elevator for non-hotel guests to utilize the multiple bars and lounge, meeting areas and event spaces.

The Godfrey Hotel Detroit features multiple dining options for breakfast, lunch and dinner including at I/O, Lobby Bar and in-room dining. Hamilton’s, a collaboration with Samy Eid of Chickpea Hospitality featuring classic American fare, will be located on the first floor with a separate entrance on Michigan Avenue, will open later this fall.

The hotel has five room options, including pet-friendly rooms, plus digital check-in, valet parking and four flexible meeting spaces. The hotel began taking reservations and booking events for the ballroom and meeting spaces in July.
