Mr. Gulson has been managing construction and development efforts for Oxford and its CEO’s various portfolios since 2002. His expertise in hospitality development, re-development and renovations has him managing a continuously expanding portfolio of capital improvements that have exceeded $1 billion.

He is responsible for the coordination of comprehensive development teams comprised of architects, engineers, designers, general contractors, project managers, procurement specialists and manufacturers as well as technical and artisan vendors. His expertise includes cost analysis, value engineering, construction methodology evaluations, due diligence and risk mitigation.

Prior to joining Oxford and its affiliates, Mr. Gulson was Chief Operating Officer of PEG Environmental solutions, Inc., a company that specializes in building sciences and solving problems in the built environment. In the mid 1990’s he established his early career in risk management.

Mr. Gulson graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree.
