Associate - Acquisitions & Asset Management
Mr. Peruri joined Oxford Capital Group, LLC in 2007. His primary responsibilities include acquisitions underwriting, due diligence coordination, new deal origination/screening and strategic asset management oversight for hotel investment opportunities. He is also responsible for select investment opportunities across the real estate spectrum and in the corporate private equity area. Prior to joining Oxford Capital Group, LLC, Mr. Peruri worked in acquisitions and asset management at Equity International focused primarily on real estate-related investments in South America and Asia. From 2002 to 2004, he worked at Time Warner specializing in real estate finance and structured finance. From 2000 to 2002, he worked in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley and completed the analyst training program.
Mr. Peruri graduated with an M.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and was a recipient of the Pension Real Estate Association Scholarship and the Robert Toigo Fellowship. He also holds a B.S. in Finance from the College of Business at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, graduating with Highest Honors and awarded the Bronze Tablet, and a General Course Certificate from the London School of Economics. Mr. Peruri actively participates in competitive sports, particularly basketball and tennis and enjoys adventure sports, including skydiving, whitewater rafting, outdoor trekking and rock climbing.
