KRISTINA L. CUMMINGS
       Senior Staff Accountant

Mrs. Cummings joined Oxford Capital in April 2006 as Senior Staff Accountant.  Her primary responsibilities include managing the accounting and reporting of current as well as prospective investments.

Prior to joining Oxford Capital, she worked for PepsiCo, designing and implementing a worldwide General Ledger on the SAP software platform.  Her time at PepsiCo also included supervising the fixed asset accounting group for the Quaker Oats and Gatorade division.  In addition she worked with the international finance group performing consolidation and restatement activity prior to and during these entities' merger with PepsiCo.  Before her start with PepsiCo, she worked in the Investment Accounting department at CNA Financial performing investment portfolio accounting and analysis.  She also participated in the migration and conversion to CNA's PeopleSoft software platform.

Mrs. Cummings' accounting career began during her education at Chicago's Saint Xavier University, with two internships at the Northern Trust Company and a privately held accounting firm, Daniel R. Edelman & Co. Shortly after graduation, with a bachelor's degree in accounting, she became a certified public accountant.
