 JAMES GULSON
Senior Development Manager
Mr. Gulson joined Oxford Capital Group, LLC in 2004. He serves as the Senior Development Manager. His project resume includes hotels, multi-family real-estate, places of worship and executive residential properties. His primary role is to serve as the owners’ representative for significant hospitality renovations and conversions. Mr. Gulson and his team serve as liaisons between the project management team and the ownership group to maintain pace and budgetary control for each asset under his purview. In addition to advocating for the ownership, Mr. Gulson is also a fiduciary in many of the assets on which he is engaged. Working closely with the acquisitions team, he provides cradle to grave guidance for the construction and development process. This oversight includes soft costs, FF&E and contingency control as well as analysis of ROI initiatives. Project sizes range from $5 million to $500 million.
